About

Four decades in Central Texas real estate.

Born in Austin. Experienced across the real estate spectrum. Consulting on property management and transaction engagements.

Randy Allen

For more than 40 years I have worked across residential and commercial real estate, property management, leasing, community association management, construction oversight, and business operations.

I was born in Austin and have spent my whole career in this market. I earned my Texas real estate broker's license in 1981 and my CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1993. Since 1984 I have managed residential and commercial property for homeowners, associations, and investors across Central Texas.

For roughly 35 years I managed commercial property in Austin — retail shopping centers and office buildings totaling more than a million square feet — handling tenant finish-out, lease administration, construction make-readies, and the day-to-day operating details that determine whether a property performs. I also spent three decades building Austin's largest community association management company.

Most people in real estate say they help clients buy and sell property. There are thousands of those. Very few can say they have managed properties, administered leases, overseen construction, and run the company operations.

I am selective about the work I take. My emphasis is consulting — helping owners, investors, boards, and businesses think through decisions where experience matters more than a transaction. I will handle brokerage and leasing services for the right client.
